Oh God, our Heavenly Father, Thank you for all your many blessings.
You bring forth water in the desert and rivers in the wasteland for Your chosen people.
We are formed for Your glory, to proclaim Your praise, and You remember our sins no more.
Dear Lord, we seek to live in harmony, refraining from judgment and complaint.
As the prophets endured, so too shall we persevere with patience and faith.
Bless us with the strength to uphold truth and integrity in our words and deeds.
We express our gratitude for Your compassion and mercy.
In the example of Job, we see the purpose of the Lord and are reminded of Your enduring love.
Teach us to be steadfast in our commitments, letting our “Yes” be “Yes,” and our “No,” “No.”
We acknowledge the sanctity of the union You have ordained.
In the teachings of Jesus, we understand the bond of marriage as a covenant not to be broken.
Guide us in our relationships, that we may honor and cherish the vows made before You.
We offer you a promise of a simple act and pray you accept it.
We pray these things to you our Lord God, through Christ. And It Is So
