This policy covers purchases made on the RWS Store at realworldsolutions.online, which is run by Real World Solutions Online LLC.
Digital downloads (printables)
Our printables are instant digital downloads. Because a file cannot be “returned” once it has been downloaded, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
We will always make it right if something went wrong:
- Defective file: if a file will not open, is damaged, or is not what the product page described, we will send a corrected file or give you a refund.
- Not delivered: if you paid but did not receive your download link, or the link does not work, we will send it again or give you a refund.
- Charged twice: we will refund the duplicate charge.
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at billing@realworldsolutions.online. Include your order number and a short description of the problem; a screenshot helps.
Before you write, it is worth checking your spam or promotions folder for the order email. You can also re-download your files any time from My account → Downloads if you created an account at checkout.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we issue a refund, your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
Printed items bought on Etsy
Ornaments, posters, tees, mugs, stickers and other printed items are sold through our Etsy shop and made to order by our print partner. Returns, exchanges, refunds and problems with those orders follow Etsy’s policies and the policies on our Etsy shop page. Please contact us through Etsy for those orders.
