Oh God, our Heavenly Father, Thank you for all your many blessings. In John 17 11-23, Jesus’ prayer to heaven, we find a deep yearning for unity and protection for His followers. He asks not for their removal from the world, but for their safeguarding from the evil one.
Jesus’ mission was to share the truth, Your word, even as the world resisted. He consecrated Himself for us, that we too might be sanctified in truth. His prayer extends beyond His immediate disciples to all who would believe through their message.
The unity He seeks is profound, mirroring the oneness of the Father and the Son. This unity is a testament to the world of Jesus’ divine mission and the Father’s love. In this prayer, we are called to be one in Christ, perfected in unity and love.
Continue to bless me, mine, and those of my family, with wealth and mighty force. We lift up our silent requests, seeking to live in the truth and unity You desire. In gratitude, we offer you a promise of this [Simple Act] and pray for your guidance.
We pray these things to you, our Lord God, through Christ. And It Is So.
