Oh God, our Heavenly Father, Thank you for all your many blessings. Encourage the fearful among us with your promise of salvation and strength. Remind us of your sovereignty over creation, as you command the seas and set their limits.
Dear most Gracious Heavenly Father, Thank you for the love that compels us. For in Christ, we are a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come. We ask for your strength, wisdom, healing, and guidance.
We confess our shortcomings and mistakes and seek your forgiveness. We pray for ourselves, our family, friends, and all your children. We lift up their needs and well-being. We surrender to you.
We also have a silent request, known only to you. We offer you a promise of this Simple Act and pray you accept it. We pray these things to you our Lord God, through Christ. And It Is So.
Reflections from Isaiah 35, Job 3, Corinthians 5
