This policy explains what personal information Real World Solutions Online LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit or buy from the RWS Store at realworldsolutions.online, and how we use it. What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, billing address, phone number, the items you bought, and order notes if you add them. We need your email to send your download links and receipt.
- Payment details: card and other payment details are entered into and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded.
- If you create an account: your login details and your order history, so you can re-download your files from My account.
- If you sign up for email updates: your email address. This is optional, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- When you browse: like most websites, our web host records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
We use cookies that the store needs to work: to remember what is in your cart, keep you logged in, and protect checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies at checkout to help prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To process your order, deliver your downloads, and send order emails.
- To answer your questions and handle refund or download problems.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To send email updates, only if you asked for them.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run the store for us:
- Stripe processes payments (Stripe privacy policy).
- Hostinger hosts the website and its database.
- Our email delivery service sends order and account emails.
- We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Items sold on Etsy
Some product pages link to our Etsy shop for printed items, such as ornaments, posters, tees, mugs and stickers. Those purchases happen on Etsy, under Etsy’s privacy policy. Etsy shares order and shipping details with us so the item can be made and shipped by our print partner.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Account information stays until you ask us to delete your account. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing billing@realworldsolutions.online. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
