Oh God, our Heavenly Father, thank you for all your many blessings. In today’s Gospel, Jesus teaches us about the importance of true faith and humility, reminding us that it is not wealth but generosity from the heart that pleases you. As we reflect on the story of the poor widow who gave her whole livelihood, let us ask for the grace to be faithful in our everyday lives, offering our time, talents, and resources selflessly and without pretense.
May we learn from this widow’s example, letting go of our worldly attachments and trusting fully in your provision. Strengthen us with your wisdom and guide us to follow your will, both individually and as a family. Bless us, restore us, and give us the strength to serve you wholeheartedly. We ask for your healing and protection over all those we love.
